Description
A vertical composite of Multnomah Falls, Columbia Gorge, Oregon. This shot is almost traditional to take, everyone who comes to the Gorge does it. As such, I avoided it until now. It really is a picturesque shot, though, so I figured it's my turn... If you look carefully you can see patches of ice forming by the upper falls where spray is blown about. Winter is coming to the Gorge!Taken with my trusty Canon SD800IS. This was a composite of 8 individual shots.

Looking at the small bridge half way through the waterfall and it looks actually slightly tilted. Maybe worth straightening it in post editing.

An optical illusion... The perceived tilt might be because the arc below the bridge meets the rock on either side at differing points in its curve. The bridge itself is perfectly level.
